1st Attempt On Aglio Olio
by Jo@nN3 on Dec.25, 2009, under Foodie Skribbles

^^ Osup!
After trying one of my friend’s homemade Olio, she inspired me to make my own too. This was my very first attempt. For a noob, I guess it is not too bad, just that tak berapa cukup rasa sahaja. :p To stingy on the salt. LOL. Here is the recipe that she shared with me:
Ingredient A:
1 pack Angel hair pasta (or you can susbtitute with spaghetti, fettucine or linguini based on your own preference)
Exra virgin olive oil
A bit of salt
Ingredient B:
A bit of salt
Garlics
Prawns
Scallops
Ingredient C:
Oregano
Parsley
Dried chili (or chili flakes)
Black pepper
Chicken stock
Here starts the cooking process:
Ingedient A:
Boil a pot of water and put in the portion of pasta as desired. Don’t forget to add a bit of salt and olive oil in it. To keep the pasta from all sticking together in one lump, you can put some olive oil in after it’s cooked.
Ingredient B:
Chuck in the chopped garlic (about 8 cloves). Fry the garlic first in a little bit of olive oil until cooked, then put all the remaining ingredients in.
Ingredient C:
Add in more olive oil and chuck in the pasta and fry together. Add about 1 tablespoon of Oregano (I use McCormick brand), black pepper and some crushed dried chilli flakes (as much as you like).
For better taste, add in 1/2 a cup of chicken stock (but if you’re lazy, just put half of those Knorr chicken cubes in a bit of hot water). Also add a bit of salt (sampai cukup rasa). Finally, when it is almost done, add in some parley (McCormick brand too).
Tadaa…..it is ready to serve.

How many credit cards do you plan to cancel?
by Jo@nN3 on Dec.21, 2009, under Randomie Skribbles
^^ Osup!
In my one of my post earlier, I was asking “How many credit cards do you have?”. Now, the credit card tax is confirmed to be implemented beginning next anniversary year, so “How many credit cards to you plan to cancel?” I bet most of us will be asking ourselves the same question too.
I still don’t think it is a good idea but I guess nothing much can be changed now. Hopefully, the banks will absorb the RM50 tax with a more lenient and reasonable T&C on the card usage. As for now, I only aware that MBF cards is doing so (absorbing the RM50) but I do hope that the rest of the banks are going to do the same so that the hole in our pocket can be smaller.
I definately gonna cut down one or two cards from my purse, it is just matter of which is the unlucky one!
Cactus to absorb radiation

How true is it? I am not too sure. But I remembered people telling me that it is good to put a cactus in front of your monitor. Coz they can help to absorb the radiation, although not all but at least part of it. So, why not? It is cute to have one. I bought mine from Ikea for only RM2.50.
Pudu Market
by Jo@nN3 on Dec.19, 2009, under Randomie Skribbles
^^ Osup!
20 years ago, I went to the Pudu market and I was terrified till I have phobia of going there again since then. 20 years later, I went back to the market ( I have no choice!) and to my surprise, it is still the same. OMG. It is still dirty and worse, dampy floor. I can’t believe it that they still maintain the same level of cleanliness there. Sigh!
Check out the damp floor. OMG!
